A Spacious family room, easy access to water park, nice clean pools

A Food options lack variety, beach quite pebbly, limited evening entertainment

Exceptionally comfortable bed, well laid out room. Appetising breakfast, with lots of food.

Fab stay, as always. The hotel was clean with great location next to the water park and amazing rooms. Units for showers. A great selection of decent options for meal. Friendly service overall. The FAMILY feel of the property.

The pools were sweet as and super clean, but the food was pretty basic, lacking variety. Still, the friendly staff made up for it!

We just had a week at this hotel and loved the family room layout over two levels, which was super spacious for us. The food was decent, and the water park was a fun bonus just a short walk away. The beach is quite pebbly, so be prepared with water shoes. I'd come back anytime!

The staff was as usual service-minded. Totally a lovely experience.

The place is nice and well-groomed. If you rent a car, the hotel represents a good starting point to visit some of the most beautiful beaches of Crete like Elafonisi, Gramvousa & Balos.

We had a blast at the waterpark and loved the quality of the food. We also enjoyed hiking at the Gorge of Samaria and relaxing at the beach, a pebble beach and requires some footwear. The staff were friendly and the cleanliness of the place stood out. Make sure to check out the quiet pool area for a relaxing vibe.

We did have a bit of an issue with our room not being as fresh as we hoped. It can vary between rooms, so maybe check before settling in.

Our room with sea view, on ground floor, and in front of the calm pool area was excellent, even if the air condition was somewhat noisy. Only 450m to the sea with a good beach restaurant and easy access to the water for swimming.

Wifi Internet did not work in the room, neither did it work properly at the reception. My wife had to use the Wifi of the next hotel during all 6 nights. In general food is mediocre, but plenty to choose from. All three juices were low-cost crap, undrinkable. Had to protect food at breakfast, otherwise staff removed it while getting coffee etc. (Happened 4 times, sick). Bikes were available, but only small ones for children and women, Table tennis net was damaged, hotel should get a new one. Hotel filled with charter tourists with plastic bands, made the main pool area overcrowded (but few people at the sea).

Value for money, clean. I would recommend this hotel if you want a place to stay in western Crete and want to visit the Chania area (very beautiful places around).

We didn't like the fact that when we arrived there was nobody to help us take the luggage to the rooms and there was no elevator.

The food was amazing, and the place was always clean. The staff were super friendly, especially the cleaner who was so sweet. The beach was just a stone's throw away. We loved the three different pools and the jacuzzi too!

lovely family stay but beach access could be improved

The family room provided ample space across two levels, perfect for our needs, with comfortable pull-out beds in the living area. The staff were excellent, especially George at reception, who addressed our food allergies with great care. The garden view from our balcony added a serene touch to our mornings.

The beach was quite pebbly, making it uncomfortable for swimming without proper water shoes.
